The cohort runs across a structured 6-week timeline engineered to protect corporate capacity. Participants complete 6 self-paced online modules via Thinkific (roughly 45–60 minutes per course block). The cohort gathers online three times over the 6 weeks for 90-minute live workshops facilitated by Alicia Hibbert and Twiladawn Stonefish.
To maximize organizational ROI, the private 1:1 Strategy Session is allocated per organization, not per individual participant. If your company purchases a Small Team Bundle (3 seats) or an Enterprise Block (5–8 seats), your registered leaders will attend one single, collective 60-minute strategy lab together. This setup allows your leadership team to bring a single "messy" internal policy, contract, or handbook excerpt to the screen, receiving tailored, line-by-line auditing feedback directly from our principal consultants.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, Week 4 is specifically built to address the realities of highly regulated corporate systems and labour union partnerships. We guide you through collective agreements that demonstrate how to successfully introduce expanded kinship leave policies, for example.
Your delivery team combines distinct, complementary areas of expertise: Alicia Hibbert, MA PMP: A senior Indigenous scholar and consultant who establishes psychological safety, navigates cultural nuances, and frames systemic accountability. Twiladawn Stonefish, PhD: The curricular developer who built the core blueprints, guiding teams through template mechanics, toolkit applications, and operational data integration. Destiny Chalifoux, BEd / BA (Native Studies): Our technical producer, who orchestrates our live sessions and manages registration and onboarding.
Yes. For enterprises registering 15 or more leaders, we offer a Private Cohort. This structure allows your team to move through the 6 courses and 3 Live Labs entirely in isolation from outside organizations. It guarantees confidentiality, giving your executives the freedom to unpack sensitive internal human resource data, real-time corporate vulnerabilities, and proprietary procurement structures with total security.
