    The cohort runs across a structured 6-week timeline engineered to protect corporate capacity. Participants complete 6 self-paced online modules via Thinkific (roughly 45–60 minutes per course block). The cohort gathers online three times over the 6 weeks for 90-minute live workshops facilitated by Alicia Hibbert and Twiladawn Stonefish.

  • How does the included 1:1 Corporate Strategy Session work if we register multiple team members?

    To maximize organizational ROI, the private 1:1 Strategy Session is allocated per organization, not per individual participant. If your company purchases a Small Team Bundle (3 seats) or an Enterprise Block (5–8 seats), your registered leaders will attend one single, collective 60-minute strategy lab together. This setup allows your leadership team to bring a single "messy" internal policy, contract, or handbook excerpt to the screen, receiving tailored, line-by-line auditing feedback directly from our principal consultants.
